There's easy way for Lith to serve ace out of his sleeve to convince them to listen. His demons.The culling just started and and their despair due to death, but what if he offered them not the end of death but opportunity to stay with their offspring in a demon form?And since they're over mana gayser, one eyed demons suffice as they'll develop more by feeding the world energy by themselves, and can stay separate of Lith in their city.All Lith has to do is offer them the service during their culling, in exchange for harmonizers and peace for the kingdom.Meanwhile Lith would have an ever growing army of demons.
