I wonder who's Lith's enemy will be jn the master two arcs?

If I'm right and Lith is gonna be the Guardian of Justice then justice isn't just about punishing those you hate but also, sometimes, those you like. Also justice sometimes requires mercy. Not just for those you like but sometimes for those you hate. I get the feeling that the last couple of arcs are gonna be tough and controversial for some of the readers
