Now, just to finish, you have to taste this. - and Lith give them a bowl of ice cream. = Instant Nagus title! Nothing beats ice cream
Lith better get a whole lot of goodies from this. Heâs practically advancing their magic and tech by dozens of years, if not hundreds. A âget out of jail free cardâ for all of that when heâs only going to jail because of his nature (which he himself was uncertain of for the longest) seems like a one sided deal. Not to mention he has to help in the war? Psssh
In all honesty this is not the way that I had envisioned lith becoming a magus. Itâs almost ⌠underwhelming? The internet and a grasp on basic physics are awe inspiring achievements, donât get me wrong. And the magical ingenuity required to bring them to life and explain how they work is without a doubt tremendous. But weâve seen so much of lith being a soldier that it feels like thatâs his public identity. Going so quickly into science and having that be his reason for promotion to the basic form of the title of the whole story just seems off. I love the story and I can see the effort our favorite author has put into the build up to this moment, the small discussions about modern tech here and there and the reactions of the abominations to lith and solusâs molnier spell. It just doesnât feel like it was integrated significantly early enough :/
Dman it donâ tell them about the consequences let them figure it out them selves, the internet has many flaws but itâ also a space where creativity has flourished informing them of this is only going to impose more restrictions live if you living in a country where the government suppresses and controls everything you see and hear effectively making it more a tool of control than a center of creativity and annoying memeâs and angry rants. ( Side bar this is off the top of my head not targeting a spicific country or place I thought about for an example). Please donât cancel me
