Legion20
Idk... She's tired, and she just woke up from that groggy state. Being a normal human, she's either saved by the council side of her family or she dies and becomes Lith's demon... Unless Salaark opens a portal right there and serves Meln to lith on a silver plater... Which is unlikely with the way guardians operate.
krispy_mangos:Im gonna be big sad if she dies, but im hopine she pulls off a signature Jirni move and manages to escape
from the title, i feel like Jirni won't escape. Even mano didn't, and Jirni being overworked is emphasized a lot. Title could be refering to Lith's moments being light and the kingdoms being darkness, but i feel more like this is the kingdom's last vestiges of light before the darkness. Last time Lith lost an aquantence to Meln he enveloped a city despite the power not fully being ready and it being limited by his core. Jirni is like a second Mom for Lith , i doubt the void won't make a return upon learning of this. This time without the limitations it had before Lith's break through, and with Solus nearby in tower form it may even be boosted. Also unlike Mano, i think Jirni will stick around. I would love to see demon Jirni in action. I mean Jirni is pretty frightening without magic, demon Jirni would have access to all of Lith's magic
I have a hard time believing she wouldn't have anything prepared. A few chapters ago she mentioned that she was probably the next one on his list. So, the idea of her going anywhere without being ready to immediately enact her plans is unlikely. She's already used meat suits twice as well which immediately solves the problem.
Funny how everyone is praying for Jirnis survival whereas I‘m here wondering when Orpal gonna get jumped by a whole army of awakened. You forget about the gernoff, jirnis detail and her calculating mind already having her research team surrounding the place. I‘d say Orpals about to get the jirni treatment
