Ideally the best types of antagonists are the ones that are equally if not smarter than the protagonist, Thrud making sure that no matter the outcome she’ll win is always what makes the enemy more interesting than “oh I’m a bully and evil” that most new age light novels have been like. She schemes cause she has a brain, that’s always interesting to read.

I have a feeling one of Liths family members will die during the big battle because they go back to that trash kingdom, or something else might happen that's bad I hope am over thinking since Thrud seems like she will succeed in her war or we might have an alliance of some sort between her and Liths family ?

Still counting on Thrud taking over the kingdom/winning the war only to be killed and leave the kingdom in the hands of someone else and Lith adopts her bahamut child and raises him to be a verhen demon. Great mini arc but one question: WHERE IS KAMI?

I gave a feeling that Jormun will have to weigh his love for his son and distaste in what Thrud is doing more than once in the future. I could see him facing Lith to protect his son
