Ayy it’s Thrud and Xedros. RIP Sedra, one of the few beast offspring we’ve met that actually redeemed themselves. I wonder if they can detect Jakra’s slave spell with Mom’s Eyes or Solus’ mana sense 🤔

Its such a stupid plot point that the council wouldnt investigate these things at all, I mean i know theyre portrayed as uncaring, but obvious forbidden magic and awakened beats draining the life out of other beasts is something you’d expect a even a guardian to mobilise for.

I feel a tribulation could be possible here considering the circumstances of a lot of death and sacrifices. Along with his pent up rage on top of a mana geyser is just begging for a tribulation moment. The only reason it may not happen is bc we had a pretty major one recently. Also another quick theory, Haug gave him this job in hopes of triggering another tribulation.
