Lith? Paranoid? Nooooo... Also yes Tyris is severely underrated. I hope Lith explores water and fire magic more, we have had some big reveals on the nature and powers of light and dark magic with light mastery and chaos magic and all that. But Lith has fire and water domination as well, and besides the hint that water magic is connected to the soul somehow, or to grief maybe, we have gotten absolutely no hints as to what high level water magic is meant to be. I know he only has so much time, but simple things like understanding fire to be expansion and Separation while water is understood as a connective force, like how a layer sticks to everything to make it âwetâ, so advanced fire magic disintegrates stuff into dust unlike darkness magic which destroys it utterly, while advanced water magic could read emotions or fuse with spells like Scanner or Invigoration to create more varied or powerful forms. Air magic has been hinted as âchaoticâ in how it messes with light magicâs âorderâ, as Nalrond said. So we have hints that the four âbasicâ Elements DO have special meanings and significance! I just wish we coupd find out more, but for that to happen LITH has to find out, and the fact he still only uses water magic as ice attacks is a string sign he is super neglecting the uses of the element.
