Went from unofficial security guard of the academy to an official security guard of the academy. It is smart of him to stay in the academy and absorb as much knowledge as possible before joining whatever force in the army he plans on joining. Maybe if he learns everything he wants in the White Griffon he can ask for access to the libraries of the other academies, if he does them a favor of some kind. I hope he has worked on his swordplay along with knowledge of the Warden,War Mage, and Mage Knight specializations. I say that because if he was as skilled at those three professions and swordplay as his Healer,Necromancer(I say necromancer because it was the only appropriate tittle I could think of for his skill with Darkness magic, that does not involve healing someone) or Forgemaster professions, he would have beat the crap out of Nalear. I am not saying he did not make the most of his time because he did. However, in future when he runs into an awakened he needs to have his own personal spells,a decent mastery of a weapon, and a decent mastery of arrays. He already has the equipment from his Forgemaster professions and Potions from Solus' dabbling with Alchemy.
Just a question how long are we gonna be stuck in this 'accademy/school phase', I understand that there were also a lot more things going on, but I would like for him to actually roam the world, going in the military and whatnot. I was waiting for him to graduate so he could leave, im starting to get a little annoyed about staying always in the accademy without ever going past it to the next step after graduating. We are almost at 300 right now after all..
Im actually really surprised at this development. I was looking forward to seeing lith join the military so that he could finally learn proper swordplay and other valuable skills that he himself has pointed out multiple times that he lacks. But I suppose with the resources of the academy at his back, lith could become just as powerful. This might just be his path to Magus status!
Did not see the twist of him being brought on to the academy coming, but I feel it’s a solid development. He will be an assistant professor so he will be helping them with the basics. I foresee him implementing the more hands on approach which will help him with directing large groups of individuals of different types. Not to mention he can work with the other professors on learning the rest of the specializations.
