Let me get this straight. The essence rose that was made out of Michael's inheritance was used to create a better totem artifact than one create by an ancient abomination using ancient runes and white grade origin water.

not necessarily better, or more powerful just more convenient/deadly as it uses poison, and considering that it was a lieutenant level totem made with a Lord/Duke level essence rose and most likely the "gold poo" mold it makes sense that it would be strong

Hopefully this information helps him understand curse power better. Maybe to channel it in his attacks or at least coat his weapon in it. It feels like he's barely touching on the potential abilities he could wield.
