The writing or English starts to get better at chapter 18. So, just hold on a bit. Then at chapter 33 or 34 he has started to has for help finding and editor. Then at about chapter 36 the editor starts editing and it is much better.

City name omitted, and not at the top of the next chapter. Itmakes the sentence feel unfinished.

My god, the editor needs to be fired immediately. There’s Terri or grammar missing words several periods missing at least 2 missing comma’s. Is this supposed to be a joke? Also they missed a question mark after asking a question... they put a period instead.

how did they suggest him a nine-year contract when the minimum period is 10?

this novel is good. a small grammatical error is okay, but the narrator jumping from 1st to 3rd perspective is breaking my immersion, hope this gets fix in the following chaps.

The only thing i Knie about MC is black hair and green eyes and Michael AS his Name, i dislike the atidute oft the bird though
