MC is too weak he even have madara's combat experience I don't know why he got sliced on the hand by some random assassin like madara experienced a life long war it doesn't makes sense sharingan should also slow down movement's he see when activated.

What's the purpose of him having Alucard's inheritance and being a true vampire if he can't even regrow an arm? He doesn't use anything he has to it's potential and he's far weaker than Madara. The rinnegan is an evolved versions of the Sharingan so why would he have to revert to a stage two Sharingan to keep up with the speed even though the Rinnegan is the third to final form If the strongest ocular Jutsu. It makes no since honestly. If you want to use the ability why nerf it. If you don't want your character being too strong just don't give it to them. This just feels like a bunch of inconsistent things which just drag the story down for no reason.
