Apparently Holy Guardian is more of a title and has nothing to do with power. Kind of like how Catholic priests are tiered from clergymen to priests to bishops and popes.
So ....he was about to be appointed and a Holly guardian, a pillar of humanity. It sounds very grand but his cultivation is just a little better than those who just started......Niceeee..👍👍
