I wouldn't want to watch something like this but reading it certainly isn't a problem as this is just the right amount of punishment for that person. But still, it would fit better in the story if it went with the first version where the deed was done and not like now where it was just short of and normal case of misunderstanding that Eva perhaps betrayed Draco. At least in my opinion.
