With this open style of management Umbra will definitely go far. Hopefully people eventually grow backbones and are able to look Draco and Riveting Night in the eye to tell them they are wrong, when they are inevitably wrong about something. It will be a rare occasion but someone has to have the guts to be able to tell them so.Also they need to call them out when someone just plainly disagrees with a decision they made. For instance I dont like how Draco and Riveting night handled that underground civilization village. There were and still are many many ways for them to make money while keeping one of Draco's aliases from being hunted by a major faction of the area. I hope that decision bites him in the a$$ in the future and forces him to further rethink that decision. Not to mention that all they needed was the leaders pin as proof. They could have told the succubus why they needed the pin and gain favor with that civilization by saving their kids lives from high level adventurers that might want to take the mission in the future. Then just have the kids go back underground and stage the village to look like a battle. You get the money, reputation with the adventurers faction, and reputation with the underground civilization. Dont get me wrong, if the situation 100% calls for it I am all for a good slaughter. But if all they needed was money they could have gone about gaining money in a bunch of different ways. Back to what I was saying, if a similar situation like that village comes up and there is a better way to handle it that doesnt involve making major enemies of the faction behind those you slaughtered. I hope someone speaks up and explains that other way.Draco and Riveting Night seem to have become so desensitized to killing people(they both consider NPC's to be like real life people) that whenever the situation calls for it they just kill first and ask questions later which makes sense because they are both insane. However, they both know their nuts so they need sane rational morally upright people around them to keep them in check and give them sane morally upright ideas every once in a while when the situation allows especially when that option comes with much less consequences.
