Hopefully they can turn of the getting experience for being on the first or second(I forget which) floor of their guild building because they are going to need numbers as well as elites in order to conquer this second reality. The upper echelons like the 5 generals,the MC's and his wifes other former trusted subordinates, along with anyone else they can recruit that is trustworthy should be able to get that experience but hopefully its available on a higher level that is only accessible to the upper echelons of the guild.
