Sound like a stupid plan for me.. Is it easy to blackmail someone that with high rank in a nation that have a lot of money n follower? With just a recording from 1 person that he just kidnap? When most high ranking family supporting that cartel leader.? I know mc can dodge bullets but can his family n friends do the same thing? He didnt even have a backer, only that doctor. In reality this kind of plan will not be successful. He will only invite trouble for his family n friends unless he have a backer with the same rank as his enemy.
