If you’re going to forgive him at least make him suffer seriously. 😒 If your dumbass can forgive someone that raped you, than your weaker than a toothpick. No self respecting person would forgive their rapist, but since this is a novel, and we’re supposed to get a “happily ever after” at least make him suffer author please.🤦‍♀️

There's actually a documentary I saw about a rape victim and the rapist seeking custody of their child. It was actually a traumatic experience for the victim. Rape in itself, no matter what form, is despicable. But i am not codemning the guilty person for trying to earn the victim's forgiveness, especially if the person is sincere. But it will really take a lot of patience and time and effort to do just that. I do appreciate the creative mind of the writer. I hope you do consider in your the intricacies between the a rapist and the victim. Looking forward to reading more. Love little Melon alot.

I think the majority is in agreement of rape is rape. But then again we’re here reading this fiction to see how the story will work out. Call it romanticization of something despicable or sad, but the point is everybody deserves a second chance especially if they’re sincere in their apologies. I’m not saying that we forgive right away, i understand that everything is a process. One might not forgive, but then again they can give themselves a chance to outgrow from their past grievances or mistakes and i think that this story is heading that way. We can only reflect on this story, i can only imagine what some of us real people are facing and for that i hope someday everyone will find the peace of mind that they deserve and equally just enjoy a blossoming author’s work instead of focusing on one aspect of the story that may seem disagreeable. If this was the author’s intention is to raise it’s readers rage, then good lol, you are brave enough to touch a topic as sensitive as rape! 👏

For whatever he did that fateful night, he was not even aware of it. The situation given to him back then was far away from rape. But, good thing He knows he made a big mistake and sincerely apologized. Moving on is not that difficult. 🤔

I like that the FL is at least realistic to the point that she isn't forgiving him without seeing that all the rumors that she heard were wrong. What made me uncomfortable was the fact that the ML said if he knew he would fall in love with her he "might've" controlled himself not "would've" which says that even if he could go back he would think about not violating her, but there is a possibility that he still would. It's all about intentions.

guys he didn't even know that she was drugged he thought she was a prostitute you can't really blame him and now that he knows about them he is here to take responsibility he even took those beatings and i know that he did something wrong but there's no need to be so harsh!
