The story just gets more confusing. In short, all these worlds exist at the same time but may take place in different flowing time lined worlds. Although KDJ was in the 1863rd turn for at most a few weeks, 3 years passed in his own world. Due to his actions, he created the psuedo 3rd world line which is actually the 1864th line. However if SP regresses again he'll create a different separate 1864th world line from this one. This time line **** and multi dimensions stuff is confusing. All I know is outer gods are essentially beings from destroyed timelines, the problem is that it gives rise to another question. Did these worlds and timelines always exist outside of YJK regression? The answer should obviously be yes but the way the story frames it, it seems like it's no. However that in itself is impossible. So it seems like regression sends him to another world at the exact moment the scenarios start. So... wouldn't this logically mean there's more then one YJK outside of avatar YJK and regression YJK. They just live their lives normally until regression YJK takes over apparently.

This is clearly a case of ara ara sealing I'm beginning to wonder if this is just a story about yanderes
