My problem is, he's got guns, but not personal weapons. And it's quite clear author isn't planning on making MC kill. Which is kinda *****? If MC was a comic book fan, he'd know it's more efficient to kill the dangerous villains, rather than putting them in prison so that they can escape multiple times. Hell. MCU Iron Man killed many villains in the movies, and you don't see them breaking out of prison xd

Let's not use the domino mask unless the MC is planning to get everyone to know his identity. Just use a full on mask or helmet.

I'm 2 chapters in and already pretty confused. On one hand you've apparently studied very much and somehow started up successful company that's grown to be the 4 best in the nation and you still haven't graduated from college. On that note just what is your company doing that is making it so amazing (ie you've listed what fields it works in, but not what it has done specifically ie did you invent the ipod and smartphones or something). You also somehow invent/discover Spider-Man's web formula and are able to modify it without any assistance? Further you, for some reason, decide that making a vehicle for your superhero work is somehow an option? I've been to New York and I honestly don't believe that motorcycles or cars/tanks are in any way an effective or subtle means of transportation especially when one considers that you have web shooters. Also it sounds like a really dumb move since you obviously have to park them somewhere and you'll never be able to hide that from S.H.I.E.L.D.

Way to long check-list just to get him some equipment... and how the hell did he get spiderpower? Sure you wrote that he wants to take peters blood before he qas bitten...but then you wrote nothing about how he got peters dna or whatnot genes to oberlap with his, so the safetymeasure of peters father can be unlocked. (You need to be of peter/peterfather dna to get powers from that spider...)
