What's the point of hiding his body and slouching. Just because you want to be a Super hero/villain doesn't mean you have to be a loser in real life. Unless he wears tight fitting spandex like Spiderman. Which is actually quite stupid Wearing spandex doesn't provide any defense and people can see body shape and facial structure throught it. Shield , tony or any other government agency or smart guy could figure out Spiderman's identity through comparing body shape and facial structure. Really men don't look good in tight fitting Spandex.

Its too ******. Him wanting to be a hero and his father being a villian. Its too easy. The story is missing depth. Also the MC had 15 years to reconcile with his father and prevent him from misery. Instead the MC sees his own father as the enemy and is acting behind his back. The MC is scum and the true villain of this story.

You added too many unnecessary unbelievable elements. Training with a master ok... but mastering that many styles at 15 is bs (should instead stick with a few core martial arts). As for his company, that’s even harder to believe. Sure he can be successful, even filthy rich, but his company is too diverse. His background hasn’t shown him to be skilled in any of these businesses that you’ve mentioned. I would instead make a company for something more simple such as real estate, where you can just hire people to manage the properties and do the transactions for you. Finally, sorry for the wall of text but why would you want to want to replace peter Parker as Spider-Man. By changing things so much you’d mess up your one true advantage of knowing what’s going to happen. Instead you should befriend Spider-Man and make him your unswerving ally. Stick with goblin/super soldier serum mix, Osborn’s company should already have it in development.
