@Exallion if you can't afford an AC you can make one using your fan all you need is some ice and cold water put them in front of the fan and it will blow cold air. there a more complicated method by using a cooler and punching a hole into it. If you have $600-$1000 lying around you can just buy a mini split AC all you need is a drill to hand it up and punch a hole in the wall to run the cables outside.
