I'm not yet a mother, but I can understand this. Some of my friends that already had a child also struggle with this problem. But it's perfectly okay if u can't produce enough breast milk for your baby, maybe it's because of your body constitution or many other reasons including stress also. Support from your family is very important in this case.
So glad the author wrote about how not being able to produce and breastfeed can be so detrimental to mental health. My son is 2 and I love him đ but I was depressed for 6-8 months cause I could not breastfeed. it can cause a rift. a part of me still feels unfulfilled. and I feel I failed him sometimes.
