I still like Lu Zihao/Nikolai character so much! I can also say that he is one of my all time favourite character in the entire WebNovel universe (that I’ve read). His love and protectiveness towards Iris/Evalina is something I really adore and appreciate. I mean a brotherly love so strong and selfless like that, that is also one of the greatest gift in life, apart from a true romantic love. And it’s actually logical that nothing can guarantee or assure him that there’s even a man can forever treat his sister right; the only assurance is that we readers have the knowledge that Jin Liwei can never hurt Iris as the ML. Hehe. And because I really really like him, I hope he won’t die at the end of the story 😣. And he’s just so awesome, that I don’t think anyone is suitable for him 🤔. So, I don’t really mind if he won’t end up with anyone. Perhaps I can even delude myself and claim him as mine 😝😝😝😝.

I love this chapter ❤ I love that Iris is finally making Lu Zihao see that there is another kind of love other than family love, which is between a man and a woman, when both are equal in the relationship, supporting each other, complementing each other and most of all honest to each other - this is something very rare (whether irl or in novels 😋). And when you find it, you do whatever it takes to protect this love - even against family who also love you ❤💗❤💗❤💗❤ And Zihao is finally getting it I think!
