she is completely sane. she's rational, calculating and pure wrath and envy (maybe slothful as well). The fact she mentions she was ready for cops when Jeremy signed, and moved to higher extortion when nothing happened is proof of that. Expected a much more deranged character, but this is far worse (far better writing from coach)
