I think it's good to differ, and also I wanted to say the path of a gourmet hunter seems the most interesting, but also I really think you should get close to killua for one key reason, Alluka!!!!! after the hunter test, you should only meet with canon characters for major events, like in greed island, You should mentor them instead of biscuit, that way you can bring a card with you, you can reinforce the idea of your awesomeness in their heads, and you can tell Gon to use the othr teleporter, different from Accompany. this would be a huge deviation from the canon in which he meets kite and then you can go off on your own or with killua to explore the chimera ants who if you think about it probably taste pretty good. But I just think by the time merium is born, your character should be muccccchhh stronger or strong enough. Also training leorio, I always thought he had potential but had really sloppy foundation.

The only thing Im confused about is his father is a damn gourmet hunter and he didn't even teach his son to properly cook food in gourmet hunter standards what a waste of a father

Sorry but this was really forced, the author don't want to show the power of mc in the front of the crowd but this turned the scene really forced, in the manga menchi almost kill the guy that insulted her. What the mc did was a lot worst that her reaction don't make sense

Author since you are going to take an original route of the anime, you can make the time advance and the characters grow? type for example that the arc of chimera ants happen within 2 years to say why honestly hxh I love but everything seems to happen in less than 1 year nose never conveyed me

Adding new plot is good and showing MC's emotional and mental growth would be best, as for the original plot of gob, killua, leorio,kuruta you shouldn't mess with their growth. As it is interesting to have more friends than enemy.

I also wanted to say to look at the lost of cards in greed island THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY INSANE, IF YOU COULD BRING SOME OF THESE THINGS TO THE REAL WORLD IT WIULD BE UTTERLY CRAZY especially cards like [whimsical genie] and [Fairy kings advice] you could practically have anything if you are smart

new plot good but i kida like if u can maintain time line of original events if u goo too far to make ur own fiction it will not be hxh fanfic and i like the flow of story presently where mc gets his own accomplishments while moving with gon ,kinda portraits and makes me feel like i am in novel if it looses its originality i will be sad
