Moon bath, I totally agree. She has spent the entire story so far maintaining a low profile since she has many factors working against her, no cultivation or status/backing which makes survival her highest priority. She also has had no one needing her protection until now, thus no need for her to roll up her sleeves, grab her rolling pin and rain a mothers holy retribution onto the poor unsuspecting warriors who cross her bottom line. Besides character development is one of my greatest joys in reading a rewarding story and this lord fox is going to get hen pecked and schooled quite thoroughly when she finally gains access to his people, kitchen and heavenly ingredients ...

Dear author, i like LMR and so is BQY. I like their interaction.it is funny and i don't mind if the FL is a bit weak. We have our BQY to save the day. Her lack of motivation to gain powers is understandable as she is aiming for a ****** life.

I love the characters LM...been calculative and have a good slap facing tendencies is good....but LM character is not a everyday read on webnovel which makes it unique...I love the book, the characters, background... everything about it..she doesn't have to be an all-powerful woman..she has a specific trait which makes her amazing 😍

After reading 100 chapters, 5 stars from me to this novel 😍😍 Writing skills are awesome, one moment I experience seriousness n other moment I laugh out loud 😂😂 the way of "thoughts" dialogue delivery is amazing that links with readers fantasy n plot reality. Even i didn't know that I've already read this story until this chapter, it's like just yesterday i read chapter 50. The flow of this story not really fast, easier to feel the story

In response to Author's note, I, for one and for once am quite okay with the character development of the female lead, compared to other novels from WebNovel that I have read so far and considering how she ended up here in the first place I don't ever expect her to be tht badass...and I've had enough of face-slapping or the course of action sequence that so obviously leading up to face-slapping moment just from reading Full Marks Hidden Marriage and Perfect Secret love...

In my own humble opinion LM is not weak or submissive at all, lackadaisical and cautious maybe, but that's what makes her a perfectly imperfect mortal girl trying in her own way to survive in a society that has from day one given her a hard time and deemed her an outcast. Why would she make things harder for herself by challenging cultivators who are clearly stronger than her (since she was unaware of her potential until recently) that's not being weak, that's being smart and resourceful in the face of opposition, she managed the make the most of her situation. The story is picking up pace so just be patient people, LM will finish strong for sure.
