Never understood the fuss about the 'Harem' thing. I mean, not everybody is obsessed to want to have multiples wives ( even one is difficult to manage, not to mention more ). Plus, in most of the Harem novels, the MC is a thirsty bastard which makes disgusted and ruin the novel for me.

Historically when men had tons of power (both physical and monetary) they had a harem as that is the natural progression as the lust of a man is too much to be satisfied with one woman... This monogamy crap came about because of religion and is a very and I mean very recent thing... Hell most of the world still doesn't believe in it, only the ones with Christian influence have monogamy, the fact that those are some of the richest nations doesn't make it normal. Harem is normal, even the Bible agrees with this.

Harems depend on the people involved. This guy? It seems like him just having a wife and relationship will be a surprisingly new experience. So far he hasn't really met his fiancee yet. He made a fair impression on kids his age group, but that's about it. At this point, I'm more interested in him healing his dad and himself. If his pill knowledge/skills is so much better than the locals, it's surprising that the local elixir had such good effects for him. I like the idea of him only having one relationship that he doesn't stray from. That doesn't mean that others wouldn't try to aim to try to add their little girl to him, but off the girl that he is engaged to, or others having crushes on him. While he may have no interest in harem building, he might have female problems with them just flocking to him. You know he isn't a total jerk for his age and does try to help in general. He might be utterly confused about folks being against arranged marriages and all that. It's how he got his girl. He could make a comment that if it wasn't up to his dad making the effort, that he could easily spend decades cultivating and not really notice the entire romance thing.
