I kind of like Wu Jinjing. We haven’t spent much time with her but, just the fact that she will bear his first child in this life makes her feel a bit special. I’m glad he’s not just abandoning her but it’s also feels like she’ll just be an afterthought at the end of the novel where Xianxia MCs gather their harem in the final chapter to tie a bow on the story. Complicated feelings but absolutely enjoying the novel, thanks.
