yaoyueyi
Yujia handled this situation in such a calm way. I'm liking her more with every passing chaps. Her mom isn't 100% sane?? Does it mean it's not wise to consider all her stories about her and yujia's past to be truthful? Will yujia ask her about the letter and the findings from Ms Zhang's (I forgot Mr yang's wife name) box? Oh, you forgot to mention what kind of soup it was? Chicken noodles macaroni soup or something else? We need details. After all it's foodie novel and readers. đ đ Thank you for the update dear author. â„ đ
Oof, clearly she has a few screws loose... Luckily our Yujia is good at the art of spyiâuh, I meanâ/convincing/, so she somehow managed to win over nĂ©e Liu. Itâs nice to see how calm Yujia was able to be even though she was faced with some really hurtful accusations. Sheâs grown so much in the span of 200+ chapters, or as youâve reminded us, about a month and some. Time moves so slowly in the ancient era... Canât wait for the Madamâs backstory arc! Good work~
I suppose she handled it very well, but I feel hurt. I was hoping she'd be honest with this mother, grow closer and hopefully find closure for her birth parents neglect and indifference. The cold logic and rational manner in which she manipulated her... It was discomfiting somehow. I know it isn't her fault and that she handled it the best she could, and I'm in no position to judge her. But I feel sad for both of them đ„. And congrats author for making Yujia so real to us readers. The fact that you could flesh her out so well is really admirable.đ
I like the fact that she has a clear line between her identity and the real so to say yujiia. Damn autocorrect. Can't spell it for squat and can't go back to that actual text to see the correct way. In many novels the heroine usually takes the identity forgetting her own ego. And let's not talk about: I will make everyone pay the one who hurt you bla bla bla. So refreshing. And that maid... Eh I am more and more sceptical. Its just her health is really bad now due to poison. Hm... Either way I don't know who she can trust now. Maybe her teacher only? Poor girl! Anyway thx for updating!
So. I'm conflicted between disgust and confusion. What is Huier's problem? She clearly wasn't on the side of her young miss before yujia came. Unless Yujia's mother had some dirt or ties with her i don't think that she is close enough to 'report' her miss' actions much less talk dirt. It can really ruin one's life if you are suspected to be possessed much less by a. Family member too. Did she have a purpose to sow discord between them? Could Yujia's mother be the one to poison her? She knows about medicinal herbs after all and Huier seems to work under her.
