I feel this is building to a disappointing plot armor. The kingdom has 3 exalted fighters, 1 exalted human mage, which is level 7+. He is level 4, don't even count the other factions that want to take over the kingdom, how is there any chance of him not dying from a random fart of the exalted human mage?

What happened to the bonus chapters

I like this novel, but I feel it slow, or rather, not very exciting, I don't know what it is lacking, like a soft meal you have to make it spicy ... it has to have a better objective than world domination, for example a king in need a queen = waifu
