I don't understand the scheme. The clerk just doesn't inform the library patrons of the limit? But the limit still exists? So .... what is gained by not telling people? If it weren't a legit limit, and they're just grifting, that I could understand. But why try to shake down poor punks? They don't have any money to give up. Anyway, thank you for the chapter.
Hopefully this gets better; the mission thing is annoying. If the missions are not assigned randomly and more of a daily basis kind of mission, it will be better and faster to earn the insane amount of 10,000 EXP Points(How many missions does he have to do, ~1000?). For example, Push-ups to strengthen his weak body, running to increase his endurance/stamina and or others like earning money through some method. Although the writing is one of the best I've seen but at this rate, MC will not get strong anytime soon, and probably only get strong at the end of story or something. Unless something happens or changes, otherwise forget about World Dominator, he is more of a World Loser currently and it makes you think, is that all there is to this system that says "World Domination System"? There is no Domination here, he is being oppressed rather, does he have to suffer humiliation to get petty revenge instead of just whooping their arses for revenge instead when he gets strong. ~Thank you for chapter~
Apparently the lazy library owners want to allow this kind of abuse. They have an advanced automated book cataloging and retrieval system, without which you cannot access books, and each visitor is already allocated an individual token of authorization. At this point automated enforcement of book limits (if real) should be a no-brainier.
Ok, first of all, the naming is really bad, I mean eminent human, exalted human?. Second, what will the clerk gain from what he does? he gains nothing. The only thing I see here is for plot reason so the MC cant read more books. Even If he did, the knowledge would either not be properly used or be totally forgotten/useless later on as it would give the MC too much advantage and author wouldn't want that. Third, the battle descriptions are weird and finally, this idea of a skillfully parsing fighting against 3 to 5 ranks above him is nice but will bring alot of plot hole if not properly done. I dont see a 4season why one at level 9 would have little experience. It already stated that in this world, to become stronger in their respective path, one needs talent or high compression ability or both. So regardless, there should always be a huge gap if not between 1 rank higher, but between 3+ ranks higher.
