Practically literal translations, pretty terrible. In one part it says "People have already reached 8.8 origin", but in actuality it is probably trying to say "I (third person female pronoun) have already reached 8.8". (人家 Is a way for females to call themselves in third person)

zero combat ability? So basically a newborns kick could kill him? Ok I get it ya all wanna make your MC as weak as possible untill the faithed day, but make it a bit more believable, buddy here is working hard no disability so why wouldn't he at least try to master some techniques. Especially when he has a strong sister who supports him I doubt they wouldn't have trained them beforehand no ability needed for that.
