So Beichen had a guilty feeling towards Chenxi, they never officially broke up. He didn't want to looking for her, instead he decided to have a new start with Jingyan. Jingyan liked Beichen, of course she agreed. *sigh* but this problem that has abandoned for years caused the bigger problems... I don't know did Chenxi take a revenge by ruining Jingyan marriage, by telling Beichen that Jingyan gave her money to leave him. Beichen still felt guilty and gave the response. Furthermore Jingyan also felt insecure, she thought Beichen didn't love her and just responsible for what he did to her .
And this is making me hate Beichen more. Such a mess of a guy. He doesn't deserve Gu Jingyan at all. If they ever separate after marriage and kids, I feel like it's much better than them being together. He doesn't even have the balls to end his and Fu Chenxi's thing properly.
