Biggest question about Tiny's evolutions is why they reduce his cunning. Evolution is meant to be beneficial. That means that reduced cunning is somehow being offset by other means, but Tiny would've been 100 times dead by this point if he was just a raging monke. One has to assume that Tiny's species are technically a dead-end branch. Simply because they aren't really fit for survival. Or getting to higher tiers.

I think that is actually mentioned repeatedly by Granin. That no one ever sees the higher tiers of this type of ape because they are too stupid to survive/take too many risks on their own

how long is every evoloution going to low his cunning? he survive and evolve to this point even if the don't give any cunning at least stop taking it the dungeon need a balance patch to a few of his spawns a not pet Kong it be too stupid to remember breathing at rank 3
