I made this after pondering my favorite classThe cast of Core Shapers were quite distinct from the rest of the colony. While not quite lazy, they were extremely passive. More content on staying in their workshops and tweaking their cores or exploring possibilities. In that regard, the shapers were more like the Eldest than the rest of the colony. That is another thi g that differentiate them from the colony. While they respect rhe Eldest and the life they gave them. The Shapers worshipped the Eldest's pets. Creatures that could contend with the mightiest monsters and come out on top. The Shapers themselves have felt unnecessary for quire some time since their conception but that all changed after the purification of the 5th. Since such a time. They been applied to many situations, creating expendable armies within a blink, fabricating massive monsters as lines of defense or siege engines, or creating unique solutions that boggle the mind. No one questions the efforts of the Core Shapers. Anyone who visits the nests in the 5th, who seen the lumbering Wuffs wuffs purifying thr Corruption, no one doubts the power of thr shapers. They created the best creatures known to the dungeon yet the shapers do not rest. They are ants after all, perfect is simply a solution rather than the goal
