Should be. Ants aren't very fond of water when it's not in their stomachs, so there shouldn't be any competition for land and resources between the two species. From what I understood, the brachian mostly populate deeper coastal waters, territory that the Colony would have trouble accesing for obvious reasons (unless, 10.000 water mages?). In addition, Seeing as there is abundant resources, taken from the fact that there are 'sweetfish' available to snack on and seen as an uhealthy choice, the brachian are likely to be cautios of their new neighbours, but not feel threatened by their presence. Yet.

Another wonderful update with a bunch of chapters. The mini arcs with the mass-torpor and the human crusade were brilliantly done. Now, we can get started on some more inter-dungeon politics with the brathian race. Thanks for the chapter!
