This is Advant’s first solo PoV chapter. She is one of four soldiers from the initial Council of the Colony.

So it's finally a full on battle, this isn't much of a contest in itself, because we can see that the limited amount of soldiers from the Colony were enough to beat up the termites.
Imagine like, fully mobile nests though. Just massive tanks carrying nests worth of ants into battle.
Five Cavallery ants are not very much.
Considering they are about to fight in a Forrest against densely packed enemies they are also in danger to become overwhelmed.
