爱潜水的乌贼
I always feel that in most stories, everything occurs with the protagonist at the center, and here, in this exceptional, amazing book, the protagonist seems to be brushing against major events, influencing them and reaping benefits, while never actually getting completely immersed into the whole deal. A bit like the butterfly effect. And that is how real life works, doesn't it? You are having countless encounters Everyday, brushing against different events arranged by others, sometimes arranging events yourself. Some of these people you see only once, and some unexpectedly stay for much longer than you anticipated, while those you thought would stay for a long, long time end up leaving abruptly. Among all these, all the happiness, sadness, anger and joy, we keep on putting masks, survive and thrive. That extraordinary part of our mundane life is mirrored a bit more prominently in this book.
