There doesn't seem to be any rule limiting the information of 'acting' in other organizations like the Demoness Sect. Why limit your own people right? By logic churchs should have been crushed long ago since while the church is naturally, slowly producing 1 high sequence soldier because of hiding the 'acting' method, the others can produce 100 at the same timespan! They would crush all the churchs. Unless the materials are really really rare and can't sustain hundreds of people advancing fast like that. Only that would explain why churchs would limit the knowledge, since there is no advantage to be gained from such an action when other secret organizations obviously know of 'acting'. If they rapidly produce soldiers, churchs would be fcked in no time. Then again, why would such a ****** thing as lack of resources would need so much secrecy that even Daly isn't told the real reason. If it was just simply lack of resouces, and the churchs wanting the real talents to nurture, i see no reason for the church to not tell Daly. So wtf? I don't get it. If the problem isn't resouces, then the churchs would be crushed, so IT HAS TO BE LACK OF RESOURCES! There is literally no other way. If the resouces are abundant, then secret organizations would produce hundreds and just bumrush all the churchs with numbers...
