I get an odd feeling of excitement reading LoM... So far, the writing brings you into the Protagonists 'Everyday,' the pacing just perfect so time feels flowing and natural. So far I haven't had any jarring, immersion breaking moments. Excellent!

The question here is, what is a seer, how does one dress as a seer, how does one act, as a seer? If you said gypsy I would say shawls a crystal ball, and constantly having a deck of tarot cards on hand. But this is a seer. In the olden days a seer was often old and possibly blind, some sort of conduit for the heavenly patrons to give information through... Sometimes young and blind... So how does one BE a seer? The only thing I can think of is spending time blindfolded, relying on your spiritual sense, trying to see without sight, and gaining a better perception of everything spiritual through other senses. As a seer, one must look beyond the now, to the future, and even the past if necessary, to the present in another place. You must look beyond.... But this does not really help one to understand the core essence of how to dress and be a seer I suppose.

i know we have extra info that mc doesn't. And because of that Leonard is shady. But just this round of questions/conversation should ring an alarm in Klein/MC and tell his Captain, with any beyonder being a potential risk and him being transmigrator his caution should be high.

Why does he care so much about this sister who is not his? His goal is to return back to his world no? So forming real connections and letting strangers waste your money doesn't really make sense no? Who cares if she is gonna be able to study more and have a better job 5 years later wtf? How will he even return if he is planning on staying here for so long anyways? Is he gonna return to his mummified body? The return plan was stupid from start anyways...
