There is one problem, how do they know the time of the meeting. Since all of them are in different parts of the world, there has to be a time difference. You can't just say 'three in the afternoon' and be done with it. He definitely didn't account of the time difference, and if he did, he would pretty much give up his general location in the world. So how would the other two be prepared? Imagine someone in USA telling a person in China to video call them at three in the afternoon. If the person in USA started waiting at that hour, he would have to wait 11 hours for the person in China to finally be ready for the meeting at three in the afternoon for China...
