Seer is definitely the better class since a similar transmigrator have emphasize on their regrets of not choosing that class when they are just starting out. This proves that in the late game, it is possible to get further advancement and the upgraded effect will be powerful than any other effect. I hope he makes the correct choice instead of going for the short term benefits.
