Super compelling. I almost didn't read this because I am not really a fan of steampunk type novels but damn this is good.

lmao. I like the story so far, but the dialogue is really on-point at times. "This transmigrator senior really didn't leave 'latecomers' any chance to posture" xD

To translator: i was wondering if this book is the continued arc of Throne of Arcana or second book? cz there are senior transmigator that might be lucien and nighthawk organisation

Seems like Klein is joining a large X-Files squad. Going after mysteries as part of a team of mysterious individuals. Klein is Scully, I think LOL

This novel seems to fit in so many genres

Man, I really like the atmosphere of the novel so far...

A truly delightful read. Some steampunk with a side order of harry potter adult versions them.

I'm pretty new to novels in general but I think it this is a nice start to my journey.

For superhumans that deal with supernatural events and risk their lives, Nighthawks earn way too little. Later in the story it is said that some nobles can earn hundreds of thousands per year. Who could stop a Beyonder from killing a wealthy noble in a mysterious way and then run with their money?

A better quote "saying egoism is human nature is like looking at a coal mine and saying it is human nature to cough"

"Internet expert" joins a church as soon as its introduced. What kinda BS is this. Aren't church's suppose to eternal enemy to MCs in novel?

Am I the only one having a hard time with the translated dialogue? It's borderline nonsensical at times. I can get the gist but it's hard to read.
