Maybe Ves will request Jovie to teleport one of the Blue Jay Fleet Meche pilots into the machine to activate it. Regardless whether it becomes a matter or Grand Work it will then kind of remain in Ves’ care regardless of being transferred over to the RA. That would kind of be a win win. Kind of fulfilling his obligation to hand over such works to the MTA while still retaining it.
