A living mech that is a masterwork, is valuable and more with hyper tech. The RA would like to have that mech because dont have pilot problems of compatability and can become their own ouroboros, if not maybe their own Quint. And by being a quasi first mech is no problem for the RA to upgrade it to their standards.
