Thanks for the chapters! This conference is turning out to be quite the explosive event! It seems Ves would have quite a lot of influence in Polymath’s vision, but it would bring a much higher level of scrutiny. I can’t wait to see what happens now that the controversy has broken the ice!

putting more thought into it, of the 3, the xenotechnicians plan is the least realistic as in the past the reason humanity managed to surpass the aliens was because they were underestimated but here the natives of the red ocean know full well how strong humans can be and they also have a similar race in the puelmers that steal tech too so they definitely would never give humanity the chance to make a comeback if they chose to bend the knee...Ves has a lot of personal experience to condemn the cosmopolitans rosy view on cooperation with aliens as the Larkinson family was treated as disposable guard dogs despite being one of the founding family's of bright republic
