Think the 2nd plan is the best. 1st is coward way/giving your enemy a knife for your back. Third is unrealistic, asking for humans to give up power.

Could be this a result of the experiment call Vulcan empire? They could become a first rate state but even without enemies there was a lot of internal division that in the end fracture and kill it

yea, if she didn't have the trump card of a fragment of the metal scroll to control the split portion of the kingdom, then this plan is impossible...guess this is why she pushed for it to happen since she would definitely be able to usurp control of a diminished mech kingdom with the metal scrolls help, which means ves really has to hide the fact that he is a holy son since he would end up being the only one able to oppose and threaten her in this new world order
