Bring out the Pentitent Sisters’ Giant killer mechs. This obscure mech was curiously land capable and flight capable, it’s main purpose was to satisfy the patriarchs countermeasure against 1st class mechs and were made to punch into first class mechs. It deals more damage in a single punch compared to the punishers due to its Sarun round. They use the most expensive rounds Ves could find to target the toughest mechs out there. Sadly with the advent of the more efficient and versatile Cystal tech it has been relegated to the sidelines.
Turn the fight into a brawl by dispersing the formation, make each mech engage separately against those lancers in an unorganized brawl and you will likely win with the melee mechs. Send assassin mechs to kill the cannoneers, marauders against the light mechs and merle mechs to serve as bait to the charges of lancers while they run circles around the formation of the charging cultists.
I don't know if this is addressed yet but doesn't Journeymen have a limited rqnge in which their mechs effectiveness would work? Or is it the mech survivability after the designer is dead? A lot of Journeymen are in the Red Ocean along with Gloriana. Since only Ves is special, wouldn't that make their mechs in the Komodo war or in the region be rendered obsolete?
