Hypothetically, if Ves suddenly decided to turn all those Vulcan glows off, would the infighting actually stop or would it get worse?? On one hand, they'd return to their senses and realize the damage they've done to themselves. On the other, they might take it as a sign that Vulcan has abandoned them because they failed to purge their rival faction fast enough. In which case, they'd go insane and cause more bloodshed, desperately trying to regain Vulcan's blessings.

Retribution has come for the dwarves!

what I like about this novel is, often times Ves has to used his brain in a situation where most normal people would have given up.

I still kind of hope Ves grabs some dwarf refugees. it would the Larkison clan produce better quality mechs overall and would be a fun wrinkle when they run into the other dwarfs in the Red Ocean.

This is the best story that I read and sadly I can't have everything, I need to remember is this Ves or the author and from reading I can tell that the Author is writing as Ves meaning Ves is the one making these mistakes and for that all I hope is that the consequences are equal. Author I want to know what is Ves really striving for I mean if I was Ves I would probably do the same thing he is doing but is uncaring for his people makes no sense because my goal would be to have every human be a Larkinson. By doing this war will basically stop don't get me wrong that some who are experts, and stronger will be able to stop the influence and influence others. To me Ves has goals but doesn't at the same time if you get my drift. The ending of this story is hard to predict but for me I can easily say this story is the greatest masterpiece of all time if Ves and his children take over the universe.
