Does that mean he’ll be eligible to finally learn how to design 1st class mechs??? Cuz there is no way he can learn first class mech design in just a couple months without the systems help…. When someone makes a Masterwork 2nd class expert mech they should be given the chance to elevate to 1st class mech designers right?

Arguably the 2 years of protection in the Red Ocean is more valuable, but only if they can get there; I'm surprised that Ves didn't ask for diplomatic immunity traveling into Dwarf space since he previously asked about it and the MTC said they rarely do that.

I don't think "Galactic Citizenship" affects the Byonder Ticket price. After all, most everyone who can even afford that would probably be in some of the higher tiers.

This chapter reveal a very important detail. Why Mr. S and the Ouroboros are so important because there is a not marterwork mech that could elevate a pilot to God tier without reaching the 3rd echelon. But now the MTA have the knowlege of a masterwork expert mech with similar characteristics.

It's a lack of perspective to think there are no example of failure of the CFA motus operandi. The depletion of planetary resources and the need to go elsewhere to pursue the same cycle because you've actually killed a planet and the environment that could substain humans life is quite the proof of the long term failure of explotation without renewal of the resources. So does this mean the Larkinson Clan now need to pay for a 1st Class ticket for the Red Dwarves Ocean Galaxy? I mean if they are now 1st Class citizens, they should pay the much much more expensive ticket shouldn't they? I wonder if Ves work on the Ouroboros can be classified as Grand Work? Probably not because it was revisited by many Masters and Star Designer in the process of upgrading the mech.

Now I understand why the metal scroll is for creating the weapon of the Immortal gods. Its main goal is probably to create weapons (mech) that will allow the Gods (pilot) to be complete. God-tier Mechs and its pilots are the complete immortal gods.
